When I purchase a ticket, how many entries do I get?

One ticket=one entry! If you want to come with friends they'll need to get their own tickets, too!

Are my kids allowed to tag along?

Unless specifically stated as kid-friendly, our events are kid-free zones! Plan for a fun time without them, you deserve it.

Am I allowed to bring my dog?

Pets on site will vary depending on the event and location. The best place to double-check is under the details section for the specific event you're planning on attending.

Will there be alcohol?

Generally, YES there will be alcohol at our events. We strive to create safe spaces for everyone, so we will always have non-alcoholic beverages available. (Not just water!)

Cancellation and Refund Policies

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel and it is 48 hours before the event starts, you can notify us via email and your event credit can be applied to a future event.

What happens if the event I bought a ticket for gets cancelled? 

We strive to reschedule events and only cancel if absolutely necessary. If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket will be honored on the reschedule date and no action is required. 

​

If we do have to make the difficult decision to cancel an event, we will connect with all ticket holders via the email address entered upon registration. We also post updates on our social media, so make sure to check our Instagram story if you're unsure. 

​

If we cancel an event, your ticket will be fully refunded.
